• A valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity.
• Proof of employment from a company outside the UAE, with a contract valid for at least one year, or proof of company ownership if you are an entrepreneur operating a business abroad.
• Minimum monthly income of USD 3,500 (approximately AED 12,850). This threshold is deliberately attainable for mid-career professionals. Income can be substantiated through bank statements for the previous three months, pay stubs, and an employment verification letter.
• Health insurance with coverage valid in the UAE. The policy must meet the minimum requirements set by the Dubai Health Authority. If your existing international insurance does not cover the UAE, you must purchase a local plan.
• Clean criminal record from your home country (police clearance certificate, attested as necessary).

There is no minimum age beyond adulthood, no requirement to invest in property, and no obligation to maintain a local bank balance. The barrier to entry is remarkably low for a residency program in a G20-caliber economy.
